REQUEST FOR SUPPORT TO END VETERAN HOMELESSNESS

Veterans Village Las Vegas will be making our 5th trip to Washington D.C. in the last 3 years to meet with Senior White House staff, the Nevada delegation elected officials and other elected members of the United States Senate and Congress.

We need the government to get behind our program and help!
We are working on a new "financial bundling of projects initiative" and will need all the assistance that we can get.

We the people as a community need to show our country's leadership that the issue of veteran homelessness is among the TOP of our concerns that needs to be addressed and funded!

We are committed to three things:
Ending homelessness for our US Veterans.
Respect for our heroes.
Honoring those that are serving and those that have served.

Taking it nationwide, May, 2019

Enlist with us to provide homes, jobs and services to America’s veterans by signing this petition to show your support as a concerned citizen and let your voice be heard.

1 in 5 homeless men is a veteran of war. Nearly 62,000 homeless veterans are sleeping on the street every night. These statistics will only grow as more men and women return from tours.

“I fought for my country. Then I come back and I’m homeless."
The words veteran and homelessness should never be used in the same sentence.
